About Touchpoint Insights: The MCorp Consulting Blog
Our goal with this blog is to comment on, discuss and observe – and help you improve -the interactions between you and your customers. This is where brand is delivered, marketing and sales are focused, and where customer experience occurs.
These are the places where your company touches – and serves – your customers, and is an ever-shifting space comprised of surprisingly complex “touchpoints”; hence the name of our blog: Touchpoint Insights.
We’re in a unique position to help add to this conversation, since these are things we think about every day, as we help organizations measure, manage and improve the interactions that occur in the territory that exists in the borderlines between our clients, and their customers.
While the primary author of this blog is MCorp’s Managing Director Michael Hinshaw, our partners, associates and friends are also occasional contributors.
Though we’ll do our best to avoid promoting ourselves, we’re sure that some of our expertise and points-of-view (along with occasional mention of clients, services and results) will make their way into this dialogue. After all, we’re marketers at heart. As the scorpion said to the frog “it’s my nature…”
